Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your table. If it is not right, we will make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your table is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the table must be in the condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us through the Contact page with your order number and a short note about the issue. If your return is accepted we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Inspect your table when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos of the box and the table. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping.

90-day guarantee

Every table is covered by our 90-day guarantee against manufacturing defects and lighting failure. If the LEDs or the frame fail within 90 days of delivery through normal indoor use, we replace the table free of charge.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few more days for the money to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Because every table is built to order, orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually started and the standard return process applies.
