Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every NBA Tables order.

Production time

Every table is built and finished for your order rather than pulled off a shelf. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for production before your table is dispatched.

Transit time

Once your table leaves the workshop, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days within the United States and 8 to 16 business days internationally. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, most of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak-season volume can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Damaged in transit

If your table arrives damaged, photograph the box and the table and send the photos to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot recover parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
